Summary

This resolution impeaches President Donald Trump for high crimes and misdemeanors. The resolution sets forth seven articles of impeachment of the President: (1) obstruction of justice, violation of due process, and a breach of the duty to faithfully execute laws; (2) usurpation of Congress' appropriations power; (3) abuse of trade powers and international aggression; (4) violation of First Amendment rights; (5) creation of an unlawful office; (6) bribery and corruption; and (7) tyranny.
