Summary

Countering China’s Control of the Caucasus Act This bill requires the Department of State to submit a classified report to Congress that examines Russian and Chinese influence and intelligence activity in the country of Georgia. The State Department must also submit a strategy for enhancing bilateral ties with Georgia, a determination of the resources needed to enhance such ties, and whether the United States should continue to invest in its partnership with Georgia and in Georgian projects.
