Summary
Train Noise and Vibrations Reduction Act of 2025 This bill directs the Government Accountability Office to develop and submit to Congress a report containing (1) recommendations to reduce train noise and vibrations near homes, and (2) estimates of the costs and benefits of such recommendations.
